背景

ブロックチェーン・ガバナンス・イニシアティブ・ネットワーク（BGIN）は、ISOC/IETF/ICANN/IGF がインターネットのエコシステムのために行っていることと同じ役割をブロックチェーンのエコシステムのために行う、マルチステークホルダー型の議論を行う標準化団体です。BGIN は G20 2019 のコミュニケを受けて設立されました。
BGIN Block #10 は、**Japan Fintech Week**期間中の 3 月 3 日(日)〜6 日(水)に東京にて開催予定です.

Block#10 の目的

第一に、ブロックチェーン技術に基づくデジタル経済ネットワーク、デジタル・アイデンティティ、およびその他のアプリケーションのガバナンスに焦点を当てた個人の声を届けることである。主なテーマは以下の通りです：:

ブロックチェーン技術のガバナンス、アプリケーション
デジタル・アイデンティティ
NFT/SBT
ステーブルコイン
スマートコントラクトのセキュリティ
社会経済デザイン
金融の安定性
倫理
すべてのステークホルダーのための BGIN コミュニティの成長

第二に、ブロックチェーンガバナンスにおける重要な課題に対する連携体制を見出し、解決策を探るために、複数のステークホルダーとの対話を促進することです。

第三に、ワーキンググループで協力し、参加者のネットワークによって挙げられたコアなトピックに関する対話を維持するための文書を作成することです。学びを共有し、多様なステークホルダーや地域との対話を創出する。

すべてのセッションは一方的なものではありません。BGIN は、すべての参加者が主要な議論参加者とともに議論に加わることを歓迎します。
