Agent Hack
Session Overview
The BGIN AI Agent Hack is a two-day hands-on initiative to build sovereign governance intelligence. Participants own their identity through client-side cryptographic keys (Swordsman), Working Group Mages provide domain-specific AI assistance grounded in BGIN's institutional knowledge, and trust emerges from kept promises — not surveillance, not credentials. Day 1 focuses on foundational components: the Swordsman identity layer, key ceremony implementation, MyTerms agreement layer, and initial Mage agent development. Day 2 shifts to integration, testing, and demonstrating working components.
