Session Overview

The BGIN AI Agent Hack is a two-day hands-on initiative to build sovereign governance intelligence. Participants own their identity through client-side cryptographic keys (Swordsman), Working Group Mages provide domain-specific AI assistance grounded in BGIN's institutional knowledge, and trust emerges from kept promises — not surveillance, not credentials. Day 1 focuses on foundational components: the Swordsman identity layer, key ceremony implementation, MyTerms agreement layer, and initial Mage agent development. Day 2 shifts to integration, testing, and demonstrating working components.

Agenda

Day 1 Hack Tracks:
1. Track 1: Swordsman Foundation — key ceremony, Ed25519 generation, privacy gate
2. Track 2: MyTerms Agreement Layer — IEEE 7012 bilateral agreements
3. Track 3: Mage Knowledge System — RAG pipeline, document ingestion
4. Track 4: Bonfires Integration — Knowledge Network setup
5. Track 9: Design System — UI components, WG theming
Day 2 Hack Tracks:
6. Track 5: Promise System — promise CRUD, peer assessment
7. Track 6: Trust Display — tier calculation, bilateral attestations
8. Track 7: Personal Dashboard — knowledge feed, daily briefing
9. Track 8: Collaborative Workspace — real-time editing, Codex agent
10. Track 10: BGIN Agreements — SD-MAGE, PDC-GOVERNANCE templates
The Three Graphs:
• Knowledge Graph — what you've explored, learned, connected
• Promise Graph — what you've committed to deliver
• Trust Graph — what you've proven through action
Your unique intersection across all three = your governance identity.
