Block 15 session 1-3 gives an overview of the AI and blockchain industry as it stands today — agents that hold wallets and pay in stablecoins, on-chain provenance for data, models and outputs, AI for on-chain analytics and auditing — and puts the policy questions to the room: accountability when an autonomous agent transacts, agent identity and authorisation, and AML/CFT and consumer protection for machine-initiated activity. The discussion scopes the FASE AI + Blockchain workstream.
