Agenda

• Open-space, hands-on build session running alongside the morning working group sessions — drop in at any point
• Local Pi private knowledge network: small local nodes that hold a person's or a group's knowledge privately and share selectively between peers
• Agent Hack: building and testing agents against that network — what an agent may read, what it may share, and on whose authority
• Link to the Security AI Agent and agent standards work: which patterns from the hack are worth writing down
• Show-and-tell of what was built before the break
